The wisdom of life

The wisdom of life

Little things always made me smile,
Laugh like a small child, that's how I'd thrive.
Emotions are not always constant, words not always spree,
Sometimes, even small children need to face the big bad boogie.

Even then, there's always a light,
Something that shines from within and again makes me smile.
Perhaps I'll call it wisdom that comes with age, But it is simply experience putting up a Superman cape 😉

Life's made me realize that all small children need to cry, Something that helps them understand the law of life.
How if you ask, the answer is simple,
It's to simply understand that not every cry can be cherished.
It is for one to pick up themselves, dust up first,
Get up and realize that life hurts.
It's okay to be sad, it's okay to cry,
The light of wisdom is just about to strike.
And every time the light strikes, every time we age,
Experience comes along one day and says hey, it's time to hit the hay.
Time to say goodbye,
Time to leave the old shell aside.

It starts with a small child's cry and ends with life's ride.

Pursuit of happiness…

Trapped are the minds that think they’re free,
To disrupt others lives, who once lived at peace.

Free are those who are always at ease,
These are the ones that know to live in peace.

For opinions may come for good or worse,
Words may shoot even if not meant to hurt.

If you ask me how to settle thy minds and simply be,
I’ll put a smile and say, it’s never to preach but simply to believe.

If preach we do, again we shoot words,
Then again, the cycle of karma starts to churn.

So, if live and let live strictly exists,
Words that exit will only create happy pursuits.

Little poets….

There was once a bee never at ease, who said to herself she wanted to be free!

I feel we are all entitled to our own journeys,
As days go by, words become hard to find, As seasons pass by, the sea becomes clearer than the sky,
What once rumbled as stones in the sea, now has settled and provided peace to me.

Its the little girl that worried me, But, it seems like she’s now setting herself free,
As years go I find it easy to breathe, For what once chocked me has now come to ease,
Finally there’s peace in the sea, its a bliss for both me and mini me.

Felt like a poet today. Let me know how you guys felt about the post 🙂
